History
Our firm started in 1981 as Morehead Auction and Realty, and we changed the name to Advantage Real Estate in 1992. We have agents who have been serving this area's real estate needs since 1976. Advantage Real Estate is owned and operated by Nancy Casady, who is a licensed Real Estate Broker and who has been in the real estate business since 1998.
Agents
Along with Nancy Casady, there is a total of three full time agents associated with Advantage Real Estate. Greg Morehead has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1978 and is the former owner of the company and has held a real estate license longer than anyone in Monroe County. Tom Adler, a licensed real estate sales agent, joined the company in 1981. These agents offer over 60 years of combined real estate service and experience. They are a high caliber team of professionals with diverse backgrounds, and they are committed to the Business of Real Estate. Our newest agent, Aaron Davis, joined Advantage in March of 2007. Aaron is a local young farmer in the area therefore having knowledge in farm and ag property.

Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems.
Our agents are full time to accommodate all of your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls and cover each other's tasks so weekends or evenings are not a problem to serve you.
